oh wow, I just checked it out on Amazon. He gets his advanced technology powers from Seeker Aracnus and battles the Warlord Sage, who wants to open the gates of hell and then unleash this hell on mankind. The three reader comments are also great. "I like Cooper's writing style as it is similar to my own." You think somebody (the author?) handed it to Patrick Stewart at some point that day and he hadn't had the chance to look at it? well, anyway, he probably loved it--with advanced technology he could definitely see through ladies' skirts or lift them over their heads telepathically!
